IMT Form 1 Proof of Submission

Proof of submission of the IMT Form 1 declaration through the Tax Authority’s website can be obtained by selecting “Obtain” and “Print” in the “Consult Declaration” function.

If you submitted the declaration at a Tax Office and do not have a duplicate, request proof:

  • On the Tax Authority’s website, via the e-counter, using the option: IMT/IS/IUC > IMT > Submission of Form 1 Declaration; or
  • At any Tax Office.

Property Registration Certificate

The property registration certificate is the document that identifies the property, its location and characteristics, the owners, and the taxable property value, among other elements. It is valid for 12 months.

Request the Urban/Rural Property Registration Certificate from the Tax Authority’s website, under the function: Properties > Consult Property Assets.

Property Certificate

The property certificate is the document that proves the existence of properties whose ownership is registered in your name.

To obtain this certificate, type “Property Certificate” in the search box, and under “Request Certificate” click “Access”. After authentication, select the type of certificate – Property. Click “Confirm” and then “Obtain”.

Negative Property Certificate

The property certificate is the document that proves the non-existence of properties in your name; it is only available for individual taxpayers.

To obtain this certificate, type “Negative Property Certificate” in the search box, and under “Request Certificate” click “Access”. After authentication, select the type of certificate – Property. Click “Confirm” and then “Get”.
